Mark your calendars because the biggest Free Comic Book Day event in NC is BACK Saturday May 6th at Ultimate Comics Cary!
The party kicks off at 10 AM, but lasts all day long!
Come out and get tons of free comics from Marvel, DC, Image, and more and yes we’ll have tons of kid friendly reads like the Free Comic Book Day Dog Man special!
But that’s not all! We’re bringing back the tent and this time we are doubling it in size! Meet superstar comic creators like Alyssa Wong (Deadpool, Star Wars Doctor Aphra) and Jeremy Whitley (Princeless, The Dog Knight, Unstoppable Wasp)! We will also have Frederick Jones, creator of the hit manga Clock Strikers from Saturday AM press signing for free! Then check out our mini artists alley where we highlight local creators and artists as well as rad small businesses and charities. And make sure to get tons of photos with a incredible group of cosplayers!
Then come shop our tent filled with discounted back issues all at just $2 a piece!
Ultimate Comics has also partnered with the American Cancer Society and will be collecting donations to help fight childhood cancer all day long, so make sure to stop by and make a donation. The first 1000 in line at Ultimate Comics Cary will also receive a free copy of the special ACS comic Center Ice featuring a teen brain cancer survivor turned superhero.
